“I like this hotel and staff so much!!! The location is very good. It’s just 10 minutes on foot to the metro and 1 minute to bus stop. There is water at the reception which is available 24/7. Very friendly and professional staff!!! Especially the lady with glasses (I don’t know her name ) who was working in the morning during my stay 25-28 May. She is very positive, helpful, polite and nice person!!! The room was very clean, breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Nice and welcoming hotel. A special thank you to Miriam, Mamen, and Iris for their kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service throughout our visit, they were so helpful whenever we needed help. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety and fresh options and the beds were also very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. They honoured the welcome drink. Underground parking was very well organised and only €12. Late check out was offered for €15 including parking extension till midnight. Could not get any late check out for free even as platinum Accor member.”

“OVERALL: June 2026 - Great value rooms. Clean, working air con, friendly reception staff and room keeping. Near main road but well soundproofed with windows closed. Detailed review below. HOTEL & ROOM: Your classic ibis double room done really well. No frills, there’s no kettle or fridge as a heads up as other reviews mention. See photos. But extremely comfortable double beds with pillows that have good support. Clean sheets and facilities all worked - Air con worked continuously and well (at least on fifth floor) which was essential in Barcelona heat. The bed only had sockets on one side but there was a black extension cable to pull out but a little inconvenient. Our bathroom towels were actually changed as we needed unlike other budget hotels so this was very welcome too. Great sound insulation even though it was right next to what seems to be a major road intersection and couldn’t hear our neighbours in other rooms. The only downside is one of our keycards as per other reviews which repeatedly failed which we had to go down to reception to get fixed which was super quick to be fair. STAFF: Every single staff member from receptionists to room keeping was very polite and friendly. Thank you for your welcome. Room keeping was great, each day we came back to a good quality cleaned room. They were also very polite in asking if we were ready in the mornings for cleaning and more than happy to come back so thank you! LOCATION: A tradeoff for the price, this hotel is roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour away from main attractions in Barcelona but this is completely fair for the price and only requires 2 metro lines max. The nearest L1 station is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bus (with 5 different bus routes). The area is super safe, we came back frequently past 10pm each night and the green area outside was always packed with elderly couples sitting on benches having conversations with their friends.”

“We recently stayed at an Ibis hotel in Barcelona and overall had a decent experience. The location is very convenient, and the amenities are quite good, including a private garage and a small restaurant/bar on site. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. That said, there were a few drawbacks. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom (although you can request them at reception), and no complimentary tea or coffee—only water. There’s also no mini fridge in the room, which would have been useful. We completed the early online check-in, but unfortunately still had to go through the full check-in process upon arrival. The receptionist explained they were using a new system, but the delay was quite long—especially challenging as we were traveling with a newborn and a dog. While the hotel is pet-friendly, dogs are not allowed in the bar area, which felt a bit contradictory. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.”
